Our speaker is Pat Nolan, Supervising Plant Pathologist at the County’s Department of Agriculture, Weights and Measures. Pat is the only plant pathologist that
works for the County’s Department of Agriculture, Weights and Measures, and is a very busy woman! With 21 years experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge to our training session. She has degrees from the University of Minnesota and UC Davis. Pat’s “hobbies” are fungi and wine. Hmmm. Pat will cover the material in Chapters 6 and 22 in the morning lecture. The afternoon “Diagnosing Plant Problems” lab, will give you the opportunity to diagnose plant diseases with your newly acquired knowledge.
